TM 9-2320-365-34-1 2-48 NO Fuel Injector Test Is a loud combustion "knock" heard when actuating control shaft lever on each injector cylinder? Faulty fuel injector(s) will cause fuel to burn unevenly and produce white exhaust smoke. Is cylinder head and head gasket free from leaks and damage? Leaking or damaged cylinder head or head gasket may cause white exhaust smoke. 4. YES NO Air cleaner OK. Coolant OK. Engine oil OK. Head gasket not visibly leaking. Valve clearance OK.
