Failure to comply may result indamage to equipment.NOTE• Position spring pin so grove faces slot in shackle.• Lubricate spring pin before installation.• Step (2) requires the aid of an assistant.(2) Install leaf spring (1) in shackle (4) with spring pin (5).(3) Install lubrication fitting (6) in pin (5).(4) Position screw (7) and self-locking nut (8) in shackle (4).(5) Tighten nut (8) to 76-94 lb-ft (103-127 N m).14-6 Change 1
