Use a cotton swab,lightly coated with grease, to aid in removalof any particles.(1) Clean injector sleeve bores (1) in cylinder head (2).(2) Clean injector sleeves (3).WARNINGAdhesives, solvents, and sealing compoundscan burn easily, can give off harmful vapors,and are harmful to skin and clothing. Keepaway from open fire and use in a wellventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, orsealing compound gets on skin or clothing,wash immediately with soap and water.Failure to comply may result in injury topersonnel.(3) Spray dry cleaning solvent inside of each injector sleevebore (1) in cylinder head (2) and outside of each injectorsleeve (3).(4) Spray primer inside of each injector sleeve bore (1) incylinder head (2) and outside of each injector sleeve (3).20-18
