TM 9-2320-365-34-2(4) Place drain pan under rear axle differential carrier (7).(5) Remove five bolts (8) and washers (9) from bottom ofrear axle differential carrier (7).WARNINGRear axle differential carrier weighsapproximately 400 lbs (182 kgs). Rearaxle differential carrier must be supportedon transmission/ differential lift duringremoval. Failure to comply may causeserious injury to personnel or damage toequipment.(6) Support rear axle differential carrier (7) withtransmission/differential lift.(7) Remove seven bolts (8) and washers (9) from rear axledifferential carrier (7).NOTEStep (8) requires the aid of assistant.(8) Remove rear axle differential carrier (7) from axle (10).Change 1 10-15
