Discard self-locking nut.CAUTIONWhen removing bolts, continuous removal ofcollars is mandatory. Failure to comply willresult in seizing of collar to bolt.(3) Remove four collars (8) and bolts (9) from rear channel(7). Discard collars and bolts.CAUTIONCap or plug pneumatic hoses and connectionpoints to prevent contamination of pneumaticsystem. Failure to comply may result indamage to equipment.(4) Remove 90-degree fitting (10) from frame plate (4).WARNINGFrame plate weighs approximately 50 lbs (23kgs). Attach a suitable lifting device prior toremoval. Failure to comply may result indamage to equipment or injury to personnel.(5) Remove 13 collars (11), bolts (12), and frame plate (4)from vehicle.
